Shapes: Shapes will add creativity to your design. To add a shape, click on the shape and drag and drop into your template. You can make the shape smaller and larger by dragging the pins in and out. You can also turn the shape clockwise or counter-clockwise.
Text: Adding text is one of the most used features when designing a template. To add text, click the AB checkmark button and you will see two buttons. One with a large A and and image. Click the large A, and drag and drop.
Change Text Color: Once you've dropped the text, you can change text to your desired color by clicking on the text, and under appearance you will see 'font color.'
Font Settings: It's important to remember that text is part of a 'font family.' So you want to choose a text that will be consistent for the entire template. Think of font family like a family tree. For example, if you choose Gotham Style, there are 4 'children' that live under Gotham which would be bold, italic, book and light. You want to typically stay within the same family font. Especially for print and downloading PDFs.
You can change the font size by clicking on the font itself or using the right column. You can use the text setting column for letter spacing, padding, and order.
Realtor Info: The realtor info will be located on the left hand side. Under realtor you will see professional title, email, office number and much more. You can drag these boxes into the template. Under the realtor info also includes the headshot and logo.
Company Information: Company information is located on the left hand side and will include name, website URL, street, and more. This is where you would want to place the address for your company along with city and state - particularly if designing postcards and mailers.
Team Member: Drag and drop for additional team members information. Here is where the team member and logo are located.
Realtor/Equal Housing Logo: Generally, these icons need to be added to real estate templates for law purposes. You can find these under team member information.
